Questions

Why is it free?

We're building RoleScaler with its first users, so every feature is free while we do. Paid plans will come with notice, and there will always be a free tier. They'll be how we earn, not your data: we don't sell it, show ads, or use your documents to train AI.

Will it get me past the ATS?

Nobody can promise that: an ATS ranks you against everyone else who applied, and a person usually reads your CV too. RoleScaler shows what the job asks for that your CV doesn't show yet.

Who can see my CV?

Only you. Every record is private to your account, enforced by the database itself. To produce results, the relevant text goes to our AI providers through their business APIs, which don't use it to train their models.

Does it work for jobs I found elsewhere?

Yes. Paste the link or the description, LinkedIn included, and it's tailored, checked and tracked the same way, wherever the job is. The browser extension adds one in a click.
